Velvet Bean began with a simple belief: coffee should be treated with the same reverence as fine wine. We travel to origin, build relationships with farmers, and pay premiums that support sustainable agriculture.
Our roasting philosophy is guided by the bean's inherent character. We never roast dark enough to mask origin flavors. The result is coffee that tastes like where it came from—bright, complex, and utterly unique.
